Vegan Ganache-- Truffle Filling



1 pound dark chocolate (e.g. a Trader Joe's "Pound Plus" bar)
1-2 cans coconut milk (e.g. Goya)

Bring coconut milk to a boil.  Break up chocolate, add, stir.  Cool.

Now, one might regulate final consistency by adjusting the
chocolate/milk ratio.  I haven't worked that out yet.  I just let it
get to the temperature, somewhere between room and refrigerator, where
it's the right thickness for the application, somewhere between mousse
and fudge.
