Shown for completeness; not really recommended-- double foxtail prefers to lie even, this prefers to kink up.

Double foxtail means as you weave up the z-axis, there's one set of single foxtail being strung oriented-x, and another interlaced, oriented-y. In size 020 (shown/available), it comes out just about 1/2" wide.

Double-link foxtail is single foxtail done double-dense, all links in the same orientation, each going through the two previous links. In size 020 (recommended, shown, and available), it comes out just over 3/8" wide. For some reason, this weave has a slight tendency to kink, unlike the others, but is easily straightened with a tug.
8"ish bracelet of the stuff shown, at left.
$7 + $1.75/inch (e.g. $21 for 8" bracelet, $33.25 for 15")
Round triple foxtail won't stay flat, so I've worked out some flat variants. (In the lower-right pic, size-S flat double foxtail is shown for comparison; the other three appear in the following order.)
- Flat double foxtail.
- The second weave in the pic sucks, won't stay even; ignore it. (It has two lengths of single foxtail worked parallel to each other, going perpendicular up a wider one; it's wider but doesn't stay even like the others (loops lacking elbow-room overlap a bit). Double-wide, above, is a better solution.)
- The third weave ("BLL" for big-little-little), top-left close-up, is something like flat double foxtail, only there's a ridge of links down the center on front and back.
- The fourth weave ("BBL" for big-big-little), top-right close-up, has thicker edges and a valley down the middle.
Parts not in stock, but can be gotten. $6 + $1.50/inch
Flat double foxtail with one edge done up double-link style. Naturally curves. Lends itself to a longer necklace where you'd like it to lay flat instead of stand up on edge.
